A much changed Team suffered a heavy defeat at Ossett Town FC on Sunday 7 March 2010, after a series of postponements Craven struggled to raise a side, giving debuts to four 15 year olds. The lack of experience showed as Heavy Woollen gave an outstanding display of football; however the Craven lads deserve credit for their determined attitude towards the game despite the score. They were trailing 6-0 at half time and at one stage they pulled three goals back through 15 year old Sam Woodrow of Settle United Juniors, who gained the Man of the Match award. Captain Jake Kelly of Grassington United lead by example and well deserved his goal.
Forthcoming fixtures are Huddersfield FA away and Barkston Ash FA at home, details will be displayed as soon as possible
CRAVEN FA MINORS GAMES AGAINST HUDDERSFIELD FA AND HEAVY WOOLLEN FA POSTPONED

The game scheduled for Sunday 13 December 2009 against Heavy Woollen FA was postponed and will be rescheduled for the New Year; the game against Huddersfield FA will also take place in the New Year.
The Home fixture with Barkston Ash FA will take place in February 2010, date to be decided.

The Craven Minors have this year been drawn in Group 1 along with Leeds FA(away), Halifax FA(away), Heavy Woollen(home),
Huddersfield(away) and Barkston Ash(home).
The Leeds FA game has to be played by the 30 September, the Halifax FA by 31 October 2009, Heavy Woollen FA by 30 November 2009,Huddersfield FA by 31 December 2009 and Barkston Ash FA by 31 January 2009.
